Dressing
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2tbsp Tahini
- 3 glugs olive oil
- half - full cup of parmesan
- Dijon
- Wurster Sauce
- Parsley
Salad
- 1 Avocado, destoned and cut into generously large pieces
- 500 gm Chicken (boied and shredded)
- 1 bunch kale, destemmed, chopped
⤱THE WORK⤱
- mix all ingredients for dressing in blender
- boil chicken with stock
- once boiled, take out, let cool
- boil kale in chicken broth (shortly, it should still be crispy)
- drain kale - but keep the chicken broth for later
- mix kale, avocado, shredded chicken with dressing.
- add parmessan
- Tadaa!
