- 5 potatoes of any kind, peeled, boiled
- 4 medium or 2 large sized zuchini, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 100gm butter
- salt
- pepper
- muscat nut
⤱THE WORK⤱
- mash potatoes, with 2-4 tablespoons of milk, about 100gm (or as much as you like) butter, pinch of muscat, salt - keep warm
- heat oil in skillet and add sliced onions
- fry on medium, add a little water, until brown and caramelize - this may take a while, don't overheat or burn
- take onions out, keep warm
- add zuchini to frying pan and fry until soft, season with salt & pepper
- serve in layers of: mash, onions, zuchini.
